I had been an idea cust for quite a long period. Of late, there has been slump in service provided by the company in the form of unjustified call rates being charged.Besides, even Value added services like astrology, cricket music pack has been offered without my prior information .No communique has been made to me in this context.

This idea just provides a bad service it activates the thing without the knowledge of the person and when we call the cust. Care officer and say that we do not need it and please refund our money back then the cust. Care officer say to call after 3 hours and when we call after hours they do not reply to our calls, this is totally bad.

I purchased an IDEA GSM SIM from Dragon Wheels,Boring Road,Patna.The Shop owner name is Pramod.He has not submitted my documents, that I gave him twice and he blames that I have a defaulter name and my documents are incorrect. he is making fool of me every time I asked him about my activation. I inquired about him and his shop in IDEA SIM distributing office nearby, they say that he is faulty and they have quit selling him the IDEA GSM SIM card.I have also filed a complaint in Jago Grahak Jago.Please help me.
