In regards to my mobile no. 9814657649 (a/c. no. 481413) in the name of Gagan using this number since 12.12.2003 and paid bill of amount Rs. 61,750/- till now.
Now I am facing problem from last billing circle of 23 Jan.2013 that the International SMS to UK send automatically from your network. I had discussed and talked a lot at your customer care and idea showroom. No one has satisficatory reply of my genuine problem.
Last month my complaint was closed with suggestions that change your handset mob and off your Message center number. I do both but problem is still there. And I stoped the basic internet setting on my number.
It should be very clear that I am not fighting from few amount of rupees this is the matter of folishness which makes by yourself to customer. I hope you will forward this complaint to your intelligent/educated/experience technical concerned engineer person. Otherwise I have left only one choice “number potability” . This type of negative publicity definately reflect for your Idea sale.
I am your prominent customer, I don’t want to left Idea, so please do necessary action as soon as possbile. Educate your staff.
